Countdown (originally known as 6:42) is a 2016 American action film starring Dolph ZigglerKatharine Isabelle and Kane. The film is directed by John Stockwell[3] and written by Richard Wenk and Michael Finch[4]and produced by WWE Studios. It was released direct-to-video and Digital HD by Lionsgate on April 5, 2016.[2]

Plot[edit]

Ray Thompson, a narcotics cop recently back on duty after a suspension receives a package at the station which leads to a website that shows a madman holding a kid hostage. The kid, however, has explosives strapped to his body. The criminal demands a $6 million ransom, which is then set up by Lt. Cronin, who makes Ray the bagman. When things go for the worst, Ray shoots and kills the madman before he sets the explosives off. With a remaining 19 hours and 1 minutes left, Ray has to team up with Internal Affairs agent Julia Baker to locate the lair where the child is hidden before it's too late.[5]

Garm Wars: The Last Druid is a 2014 Canadian-Japanese live action/animated science fiction adventure film directed by Mamoru Oshii.[1][2][3] It is also Mamoru Oshii's first English-language film. It was released in Japan on May 20, 2016.[4]

On The Hollywood Reporter, Deborah Young said that "spectacular visuals set to Kenji Kawai’s heavenly choirs lend a dreamy atmosphere to an incomplete extravaganza."[2] On Twitch Film, Christopher O'Keeffe said that "while [...] there is undoubtedly an impressive visual flair that's quite stunning at times" the film "from start to finish [...] feels like a prequel, a tie-in to flesh-out a TV or game series."[5] On Variety.com, Peter Debruge called the film "a visually stunning yet impenetrable hybrid blend of live-action and CG visuals."[3] On Rotten Tomatoes, the film has a rating of 48%, based on 53 reviews, with an average rating of 2.9/5.

A man (Axel Wedekind) wakes up in a strange concrete vault after a night of drinking and realizes he is trapped. With the help of an unlikely companion (Rungano Nyoni) who is also trapped, they must find a way out before they starve to death.
